Butter, wine, and garlic…

Not a bad way to end a day of shooting for Triathlete Magazine. Our little model clams became my dinner.

Everyday bite.

Satsuma Oranges and Meyer Lemons.   These are quickly becoming my favorite winter citrus fruits! I’m looking for more recipes to try and cook with them, but I seem to eat the Satsuma’s faster then I google recipes. As far as the Meyer’s I’m thinking a lemon bar recipe might be the next ticket!
